You’ll be surprised at what could change in ILS, we just need you to let us know what you think could be improved. ILS could use your feedback so that we can continue to provide you with the best service we can. If you could spare just ten minutes to fill out our survey we’d really appreciate it. Not only could you change things but once you finish the survey you’ll have the option to be entered into a prize draw, which means you could end up winning an HD TV (with freeview and DVD player), one of two £50 Amazon vouchers or a £10 Waterstones gift card. Is this a new survey, or the same one ILS has been telling us about for a while? I wouldn’t want to skew the results by completing it twice.
We’re often doing surveys because we really want opinions about all of our services.
Recent ones have included the ‘Digital Literacy Survey’ which ran from summer until the end of December, the ‘ILS Satisfaction Survey’, which opened on 28th November and runs until 20th Jan – that’s the one where students can win a TV. This week we’re opening a new survey for ‘Researchers’ which will run till 4th Feb.
