Student Satisfaction Survey - the results!

We love to see when you’re happy with the services and resources we provide in ILS. So we’ve uploaded the Student Satisfcation Survey results to our facebook page in case you wanted to see them.

2,096 of you responded the to the survey – you can find out how this broke down into Institute, age group, year etc on the faceboook app.

Whilst we’re proud to see that the majority of you are satisfied with the services provided we understand that there’s still room for improvement – and this is why we do this survey, to see the areas that you feel could be improved.

We’d love for you to have a look at the results and let us know what you think, hopefully you’re just as happy with them as we are.
