Even though there’s a rash of bank holidays at Easter and into May, ILS are offering staffed services to help you in the run up to assignment time.

The Image above lists the days we’re providing a staffed service. At the times highlighted as Reduced Service you’ll be able to access all areas in Peirson, use PCs, printers and self-service machines and get initial help with finding information. We’re also offering basic IT support.

Outside staffed hours you’ll still have access to PCs and study spaces in some areas of Peirson. Go to Main Reception for a swipe card if you want to use this service.

While we’re on the theme of “Extra”, Peirson will be open earlier (from 9:00) for a staffed service on 3 Sunday mornings in May – the first of these is Sunday May 1st – and look out for details of our extended hours at assessment time.

Extended staffed hours in the Peirson Building over the assessment period…

In addition to normal opening over the assessment period, ILS will provide a staffed service in the Peirson Building until

They’ll be access to all areas of the building, including the book stock during these hours. If you need to carry on working after 12 midnight, PCs and study spaces in the Social Study Zone and Silent Study Zone will be available via swipe card access.

ILS is also extending the staffed service on three Sundays, May 1st, May 8th and May 15th.
We’ll open at 9:00 a.m. The first date is this coming weekend.
