What can I access online? October 19, 2012

You don’t even need to leave the house to access a lot of ILS’s resources, so if you fancy a duvet day this weekend but still need to get some work done, don’t forget that we now have a huge range of resources that you can access from wherever you are (provided you have a computer of course):

  • Large and growing collection of e-books
  • Subject specific (and general) databases with full text journal articles and references and abstracts of articles
  • Images
  • Maps
  • Newspapers
  • Videos & films
  • Subject gateways offering evaluated resources and websites
  • Refworks: bibliographic management software

To get started head to the Library Catalogue through the student portal.
