There are four ways to get ICT help:

  1. Find a member of staff in The Hive or at the Helpdesk in the Peirson Centre.
  2. Log a problem or request through the portal – www.eris.worc.ac.uk/studentpages
  3. Via email – helpdesk@worc.ac.uk
  4. By phone – 01905 857500

And there’s now support out of hours, just call the normal ICT helpdesk phone number. This service runs from 5pm-9am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

If your problem is that the PC you’re using is faulty, then you can report this via text. Just text the word REPORT followed by the machine ID to 80081.
