New system for logging ICT calls… August 26, 2014

On Wed 27th August we’re switching over to a new ICT Service Desk portal.
You’ll notice a redesigned front page, but the process of logging a fault or request will remain largely unchanged.

A video tutorial explaining the new layout of the portal and the procedure for logging faults or requests is available here: http://www.worc.ac.uk/ils/servicedesk.htm

At switchover the current links will direct you to the new portal, and all future ICT faults and requests should be logged here or by calling the Service Desk on 01905 85 7500. The current Helpdesk email address will be discontinued.

When you need help from ICT we need you to check your contact details are correct, and if you’re not on site leave us alternative email and phone number. Please provide us with as much information as possible on the issue, e.g. include any error messages you may have been getting.

They’ll be a new Information Ticker which you’ll see when you’re logging a call, this will let you know if ‘the problem’ is something we’re already working on, so that’ll save you logging the call.

you must give it initial boost and i know how to do
it, just type in google (with quotes) for – “mundillo traffic increase make your website go viral”
